Observation

3 Children played outside at a water table while 5 other children napped inside. Only one provider was present with these 8 children total. The water table is set up in an area of the yard not clearly visible from the door way of the indoor space. Provider is unable to supervise all areas accessible to children while some children are sleeping inside and others are playing outside.
